Alas, for publicly traded companies there is this pesky thing called fiduciary duty which the bean-counters interpret to mean "pinch pennies by any means possible to maximize dividends, but leave CEO and other execs compensation alone..."

Greed is good?
The fun gets when you start comparing ethically vs morally and why those are not the same thing.

Or when it comes from the factory. My 2023 Pro came low (but above minimum) and the dealer remedied it at a service appointment when I called attention to it. Since then it has been fine.
Mine was at the min level as well, but the dealership never topped it off in several visits for CSPs and tire rotation - "don't my tires rotate every time I drive?"

It has stayed at the minimum for 1-3/4 years, but I got a jug and topped it off because...why not?

Same here. I checked mine and is was close to min line so I bought a bottle and topped it off. Level hasn't moved in over a year.

That's a good thing - some folks had leaks, so I check it often when opening the frunk.

I bought a jug yesterday from my closest dealer but it was undiluted. Parts department said it would be fine since I’m just topping off the reservoir… not sure if I will use it or not.

If you look at the manual (pages 441-443, 581 and 482) it notes that the dilution is 50%, but that you can lower it to 40% for extremely hot climates, and raise it to 60% in extremely cold climates (see page 443 below).

I bought 50% diluted to top off mine.

Obviously, you could estimate the amount needed to reach the max mark and using a measuring cup, mix 1/2 purified distilled water (I believe that is what is needed, at least it should be distilled) with your 100% concentrate to get the 50%.

That tiny amount is no issue. You can also by a $1 jug of distilled water from any grocery store to dilute it yourself.

Coolant has a range of ratios, it doesnt need to be exactly 50/50
