I see that this is offered as a feature on new trucks to enable the pro power with ignition off but was wondering if anyone has been able to enable this on 2023 lariat models using forscan?

Not possible. Even then, the option has a bug where it shuts off when low load.
Actively discussed here: https://www.f150lightningforum.com/...ck-to-enable-propower-without-starting.31667/
I use a 110v timer and a 200W personal heater in the console side pocket, turns the heater on for 2 secs every 5 mins, programmable, it satisfies ppo load requirement and the heater doesn't run long enough to ever get hot. I plug my dash cams into the other cabin outlet when parked for surveillance mode. Just have to remember to slide that on when off switch, it reverts to off just unlocking the truck.

So I just reached out to Jesse about this last night and successfully enabled this on my 2022. Here's how its done:

As long as the truck is fully updated in FDRS you should be able to do this pretty easy

Set
7D0-10-03
XXXX XX2X XXxx

7D0-10-04
XXXC XXXX XXxx

tHAT SHOULD ENABLE THE SWITH to leave outlets on. That should be all you need to do.

Which module would these changes be in?

Thanks for this! Looking for successful feedback from 22-23 owners. I posted my analysis in the main FORScan thread here for those interested in the technical details.

My 2023 XLT Option 312A seems to have taken this successfully, as described above. I had a "0" and a "0" and changed to "2" and "C".

Here is a quick summary of Pro Power Onboard with the truck off with some useful links.

Starting with the 2024 model year, Ford added an option in the Pro Power Onboard settings to "Keep On When Vehicle is Off" (pic courtesy of @RLXXI )

Ford F-150 Lightning Ppo enable with ignition off? 1760798723963-o

It was soon discovered that when operating PPOB with truck off, that the outlets would turn off if the load was less than ~90 Watts for ~6 minutes. This does not occur if you leave the truck on.
@kubel developed a work-around using a timer and heater in post 84 of that thread.

@Jesse-Infotainment found a way for 22-23 owners to enable this feature using FORScan. It is outlined in the main thread here. The mod requires recent software updates (likely the PCM).
