Battery registers less than total capacity

I charged my ‘25 Flash last night to 100% and this morning when I drove off I noticed my total range was noted at 280 miles. It’s supposed to be 315! What would this be displayed?

The range number is the system's estimate based on the charge in the HVB and your recent driving usage so it will change all the time.

It has often been called a guess-timate by EV owners.

It is one of those things new EV owners have to get used to, so don't worry too much about it.

If something goes wrong with the HVB, the truck should warn you there is a problem with various messages.

But if you want to fret over the HVB, you can get an OBD scanner and use one of the recommended car scanner apps..,.search the forum for info on that.

Those apps can give you more info on the HVB and it's SOH (state of health).
