@Ford Motor Company Hey Brian, thanks for taking on the early feedback of this thread and updating the survey accordingly.

Now that is what rapid iteration is supposed to be like Ford Software People.

Some of these options made my drink come out my nose.

Ford is #1 in recalls...

The survey misses some key questions. Are you thinking about buying an EV in __ timeframe? Yes. Will it be a Ford EV is nowhere.... And some of the other questions seem to combine things. Do I trust Ford with my data? Do they care about the community, and that's combined with quality of cars...?

As to trusting Ford, to me the walking back of the entire EV strategy makes that laughable. Do I think that Brian is trustworthy? Yes (I hear he was a Boy Scout... ). But if he said "we're going to do X in 2026", I would take odds on that. Moving T3, moving Explorer EV, cancelling both, and all the other decisions make it impossible to "trust Ford". But Brian, sure, he can babysit my granddaughter, I trust him.

I agree and made similar comments in the survey.
Also the question about how you perceive Ford should be divided into at least two parts.
Ford Corporate - jury is still out on that one
Dealers - I've been told to "go away" more often than I've been told "welcome" - so I can't say that much of the options in the survey would be applicable to them - but they are ultimately a part of how I perceive Ford as a whole, so for you guys to better understand why people answer the way they do it would probably be a good idea to have a few more questions separating the two.

No issues with you Brian, glad your here even though there isn't much you can do. I do trust you are telling us what you can.

I however don't trust a damn thing about Ford any longer. I will not be going back to gas. Ford can shove this EREV nonsense. I don't believe they actually have anything EREV anyway. No demos, no prototypes, nothing. Same for the supposed new EV truck. Just some fluff and computer graphics. All vaporware.

Not apologizing, just saying I wish I could say 'yes' or select to any of those positives about Ford, or any company...the 'yeses' are few and far between...am I old and grumpy? Maybe...or maybe I am just realistic about life on planet earth in the US of A....
