If there is a functioning truck sitting at a dealership you are making a choice not to drive it. I don't understand this choice.

Remember that although it was functioning when he took it in, it may not now because of stuff taken apart.

I reached out to Brian @Ford Motor Company who referred me to the 1800 number about getting a rental car from ford. After calling, I was told that ford doesn’t do that and currently there is no program for rental reimbursement, so it would be out of pocket.

If you do rent a vehicle, make sure it is a Ford, so "Customer Service" might cover the rental (maybe up to $60/day?), as they have suggested to me in the past, when I got a Kia, as Enterprise, per dealer connection, did not carry Fords. Maybe Hertz has Ford? Maybe Turo would have a Lightning!

Did they fix the issue? I just discovered my ‘24 Flash is exhibiting the same issue.
