Welp, it took three trips to the dealership to determine what I figured out on June 22 by reading f150lightningforum.com; my truck has a bad battery module.
Once the dealership figures out when the parts will be delivered we will schedule the repair. Hopefully we can lock in a date today or tomorrow.
