Qmerit: anyone used them for HIS or FCSP install?

A few weeks ago I noticed they Ford Fleet services puts forward Qmerit as their partner for Fleet-side residential installation of charging equipment:

Then last night watched a video of @tommolog and noticed his sponsorship with Qmerit, currently doing his many charger installs and HIS install.

I’m wondering if anyone else can report their experiences so far with Qmerit for residential install of either FCSP or HIS?

That Ford is pushing on the retail side this SunRun relationship, it is for me a poison pill. I won’t deal with SunRun under any conditions.

I used QMerit’s online estimate, which in about 15 minutes accomplished just as much as SunRun accomplished after 3 phone calls, several text messages, and an on-site visit with a 4 hour arrival window (that turned out to be a kid trained to take pictures of service panels).

I used Qmerit for my FCSP and HIS almost 4 years ago. I’m in Oregon, where Sunrun doesn’t have a presence. Qmerit gave me an estimate, then passed me on to a local electrician partner of theirs.
Short answer, my HIS now works consistently in manual mode when I take my house off the grid.
I was the local electricians first HIS install, and probably their last. I talked to them a few months ago and they had not done another one, I think by choice.
There was limited information from Qmerit for the install, but that was 4 years ago and they were just getting started.
They did the hardware, but left the software (FordPass, Charge Station and HIS pairing) to me, as they didn’t do software.
They are probably your only choice, so go for it

Qmerit facilitated my FCSP install. Went without a hitch. I would use them again if the need arises.
