  1. Charging Location Updates

Plugshare is community guided and has good updating from what I've found. Ford adds and removes locations based on a criteria and at some sort of schedule. Maybe it's quarterly, maybe it's semi annually, don't know but I know that most auto manufacturers are terrible at it so I always have a...
  2. Camera Close Button Missing at Speed

Ya, it was 6.3 or even earlier that they messed this up The close button pops up at exactly 10kmh. Their programmers botched the code. It's stupid and annoying, especially if you hit the button on the highway. Recently, all these updates coming in fast and then redone shows how poorly...
  3. Low Coolant Level and dropping - VC-13DL-G

Large cooling loops, air in the system and temperature changes. Keep it at low when stone cold.
  4. Finally got my first issue, navigator maps crashed.

Try the reboot procedure for the 12" screen found in the owners manual.
  5. Cargo ramps

They are heavy, the weight is a sign of reliability. ?
  6. Sudden limited acceleration and range drop

Stop using the guess o meter range. You were doing 80 in the cooler weather, it's going to show much less range. You can reset it through the screen to nominal if you want.
  7. Cargo ramps

Galvanized, folding, arched ramps. I use tie straps to hold them in place while loading and unloading my small atv. Always keep in mind the weight rating for your application...
  8. Why doesn't valet mode lock the frunk?!

You're being paranoid. There is a much greater risk of a valet crashing your truck than someone snooping through your stuff and stealing things. Best option is to get the underseat locker to store those extra special items.
  9. Hands Free IR camera's? Is there only 1?

Ya, I noticed this early on as I like to lean left while cruising and it would spit out messages, especially when my right hand was on the wheel, it cut the angle even further. I've adapted and my posture is better for it now ?
  10. Some Nitpicks after Five Weeks

There is no competition, unless you count the cybertruck. However, I'm glad you're able to pick out these minor inconveniences to you, that means your truck is working well. All of these features that you think are missing would be easy to spot before you bought the truck, most of us knew...
  11. Loss of Cellular and Wi-FI Connectivity

The modem drop-offs were very common at the beginning. You can pull the fuse or 12v battery for a few minutes to reset it. Some people have had complete failures though.
  12. Loss of Cellular and Wi-FI Connectivity

Correct, it was a common issue at the beginning of the year. There is a fuse panel located on the right side which houses the fuse for the modem or you can just do the 12v battery thing, make sure to read the battery door instructions, don't just pull it.
  13. Some Nitpicks after Five Weeks

Uh, what ? There are 10 pages of info to customize, including 3 trip meters and the gauges do work, I can see battery and motor temp move when I leave cold. They are supposed to be in the middle and stay there. Opening the app to see the charge rate isn't hard, especially when you're sitting...
  14. Loss of Cellular and Wi-FI Connectivity

First I would try a 12v disconnect/reconnect to see if it's just locked up. If that doesn't work then it's most likely a bad modem
  15. water clearance

Up to the bottom of the wheel hub, just like every other vehicle out there. P. 418 of the owners manual
  16. Dead Low Voltage Battery - Suggestion for handling

Charge the battery and check all of the connections. Could be the battery terminal connections themselves or further down in a bus bar connection. Check with a volt meter to see what's it at standing, in accessorie mode and also with the truck on. There have been a few reports of loose...
  17. Frunk latch stuck locked while frunk open…wtf

Weird, never had any frunk problems. If you leave it open for a long time it will shut off but will still close easily by hand. There are 5 ways to open the frunk.
  18. Unexpectedly low range

This is the key, if it's below 0c/32f you'll see the benefit. My kwh/100km is reduced in the cold and I see the advantage on my 25km commute, it's about 20% more efficient when the battery is warmed.
  19. Unexpectedly low range

This is your problem, it doesn't precondition the battery, the battery only keeps warm/preconditions when plugged in to level 2. I plug in every night in the winter when the temp is below 5 deg c just to keep the battery warm and ready. You need level 2 for the cold and just plain efficiency.
