An ev certified dealer will have technicians and tooling on hand to service ev's. They are also getting dcfc's.
If it's just an f150 problem, like a window switch, any dealer can do it. When it comes to the batteries, motors, gearboxes and ev specific items then ev certified is the way to go.
The benefits to body on frame. It looks like mostly superficial damage.
However, if the main cab pillars are damaged that would probably write it off.
Nobody enjoys being nickel and dimed to death. I didn't buy an expensive vehicle to then be dumping even more money into it either.

Here's some more detailed numbers:

Lightning sales are up nearly 40% year over year.
You would think that if it was a normal condition that both lights would have some minor condensation. The temps are swinging quite a bit here so I'll keep an eye on it. I've got the lightbar and dash mat booked so they can have a good look at it then.
Can confirm my Rh headlight also showed some condensation on the weekend. Going to bring it in next week.
I'm going to guess that whomever supplied the rear lightbar also supplied the headlights.
That is correct, 17" rims generally won't work on the lightning. Even if there are some that fit, the clearance is still not enough for the brake caliper if debris gets in there.
Yes, they are the easiest solution.
However, they add drag and cause a very small range reduction.
I chose not to have them installed and just deal with the slush. Ford chose to omit them seeking the cleanest drag profile and I want the efficiency.
Slush has been a problem with every one of my vehicles, every winter.
It gets everywhere and when it freezes causes all sorts of problems.
Specifically for the lightning, if you don't have splash guards then it builds on the running boards and can damage the door when opening. It also got in...
Down locks are only on the lockable rear storage option. Uplocks are tricky sometimes, It usually only happens once that you don't lock it up. The noise is startling.
You bring up a good point. 5000lbs is probably the rating of your hitch/ball. Going over that would exceed its design capacity even though the lightning can handle up to 10k lbs.
Also, depending on your jurisdiction, trailers over a certain size/weight have to have their own brakes...
I would just mount a holster on a standoff so it's 90 degrees to the wall.
Sealing it off with a rubber cap will allow moisture to build up also.
PSA: Always check the plug for foreign debris and bugs before plugging in at home, on the road, everytime. This summer, the earwigs loved hiding...
To a certain degree.
Batteries like to be in the same temp range as we do. If it's too hot or too cold you will degrade the battery some.
The truck usually tells you when it wants to be plugged in for cold or heat.
Heat isn't an issue for me but the cold is and it makes a big difference in...
I'm going on my first magic dock trip next month. Other than that, this network sharing deal is vapour and I'm not holding my breath. Nor is Ford, they are continuing to expand their charging network and partners. The more options the better.
