What lights are on the station?
Have your electrician come out and
recheck the connections inside the Ford charge station pro and elsewhere. If fault still exists, dial down the amperage with the internal switch to 60a and try again. If that fails then contact whoever sent it to you for...
I would have the dealer update it manually since it was switched from another program.
Just keep in mind that the trucks receive updates in a random and nonsensical fashion and your 2 lightnings will always have different updates and one will possibly be months behind the other, and that's normal.
The truck is great in the snow though! The awd system is top notch and the heater keeps up at -30C. I've got the max tow just in case I'm in DFW in the summer again.
Northern Ontario here, winter sucks.
I have no mud flaps/splash guards and the shit builds up on the running board under the door very heavily.
Also, keeping the hood clean for frunk access is challenging at times.
Don't fold your mirrors if there is any snow/ice on the window/windowsill...
A thin layer of ice on the sensor makes the sensitivity go crazy so it think there are objects in range that aren't, it's worse than a full blockage. I've had all types of sensor malfunctions over the winter but haven't had the bad weather here yet to compare this year.
Also, the sensitivity...
If you have big wing mirrors for towing it might be somewhat useful but the little lightning mirrors don't really need to auto fold. In fact, it's a terrible idea to auto fold these mirrors, even a little bit of ice buildup on the window sill is enough to crunch them.
Never trust a gfci outlet. They fail sometimes.
Not really. The cord was $500 CAD and does 120v 12a and 240v 32a.
The lightning maxes out at 12a on 120v, doesn't matter the evse.
A quality evse that is adjustable is the best option but by the time you get set up with adapters you are at...
Mine came off the carrier in January and that percentage update hasn't hit my group yet. Don't hold your breath on any software related updates, they might just never come, Like bluecruise 1.2
Your trailer is too heavy for any electric vehicle range.
I think you'll find some serious shortcomings on the r1s for towing. Shorter wheelbase isn't going to help and I think tongue loading will be critical with the SUV, not to mention actual payload of the vehicle.
You should have got a...
Only a rube would think that.
The lowest price they quoted was for an Sr pro, which isn't that far off if you adjust for inflation but unavailable to purchase.
As we sit today my lightning price would be just under 15k CAD$ more than a similar 3.5l eco boost lariat, except the eco boost has...
I have no time for that, just want updates a little quicker. Also, being in Canada, we get the bottom barrel of support. I can't even bitch about on the voice feedback.
Yes, some people have it, I do not.
I've been consistently last in getting updates, I should have it by next year at this rate. I appreciate getting only the most stable and refined updates but I'd rather be a tester and get all the cool widgets.
Great! Can't wait to see what useable features they've removed from the screen.
Top buttons smaller? Dumb.
Profile select on the top bar? Pointless.
Just give me the batt percentage on the dash and the newest bluecruise you promised in April.
