Always try another charger if you have problems. Usually, if the truck system fails it just won't charge at all.

YOU CAN ONLY ADJUST THE AMPS WHEN IT'S NOT IN USE. My settings have been rock solid since January. The evse has worked every time. Charge session logging was fixed by a power cycle 3 times, hasn't lost logs in 2 months.
