If you cannot use the built-in navigation then it IS a failure of the truck. Yes, we all know better ways to go about this, but if the truck nav says it provides those features then it should actually provide them. I have to be honest, the folks here are kind of being jerks about it.

This IS the same company that did not include a trailer brake controller if you bought the MAX TOW option. Which they did change eventually, but now you do not get a controller if you buy the TOW TECH package...
