Try this instead, the SHOP.FORD site will not show the ETA's until you're shipped out from the BUILT status.

Ohhhhhh the dreaded CONTACT DEALER, then you will need to wait for EMAIL which IIRC is non-existent for CAN buyers too, last resort is you will know when it goes to SHIPPED status, let me know when that happens if I don't see it before you! (LOL)

" Your order has changed to the “Awaiting Shipment” stage, and an approximate ETA of July 21st, 2022, has been announced "

I'm also from Canada with no updates since 'In Production' - which I believe was the same for you? Or did I read that right, that you just got a Built email?

No built e-mail (I don't think Canadian Orders get built e-mails). But when the online tracker was working yesterday - It was showing a built date of July 2nd. The the ETA came for Ford on Twitter DM.

I'm yet to hit the 'Built' milestone on the tracker, so I may very well miss the bus on this one.

Just a heads up , you can try contacting @FordServiceCA with your name, postal code, and VIN # via DM to try and get an update as well

I just tried the Ford Chat and she regurgitated the Tracker info to me saying, Talk to your dealer for more detail. The info you get depends on the agent. My fifth ordered Ford, two Broncos, Two Mach Es, and now the Lightning and it's always the same story. 2/3rds the time they have given me detailed location and status, then 1/3rd I get the canned response. My 6/6 Lariat, 6/9 Blend is "In in production".

I'm just grateful for the majority of time getting granular information.
