I haven't been able to us connect to my truck to check the status for the past 7 days. All I get is the spinning loading circle. I logged out and back in. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it didnt work. Any one gone through this? Quite frustrating. TIA

You may have to pull fuse 32 (near passenger feet) to reset the modem in the truck. Keep the fuse out for minimum 30 seconds then reinstall. I think it is safer to do this when truck is off.

Also confirm that you're able to log onto your FORD.COM account (desktop or other device web browser), hopefully you have not been locked out for using third party applications connecting to your account!!
