You can change that in ForScan. Changes it to the "European" model where the seat belt chime does not ding at you until you get to 13 mph. One of the first things I did because I routinely get in, turn the truck on, then put my seat belt on, then close the drivers door.In a related note: I tried turning off the seat belt chime, it reverted to on after the truck was restarted as well.
Note, I'm adamant about seatbelt use - largely because I'm likely alive because I was wearing one when I was 16 and was hit by a drunk who was doing about 100 mph.
