I've driven pickup trucks for 50 years now. The Lightning is obviously my first electric. I keep loading up the bed and cab with stuff and running out of space, not once thinking about the big empty area behind the front grille. Does anybody else do this, or is it just me?
Same.... but I'm getting better at remembering it. My son has to remind me sometimes. He'll say, "Dad, don't forget, you have a 'Frunk' and I'll say, 'Oh yeah.'

If we all grew up with air cooled rear engined cars, we would not have this problem! Long live the Corvair and Beetle!!

My parents had a Corvair 4 door sedan!

Ours was a 1963 Monza sedan white exterior with brown interior. Its options were full sized wheel covers, automatic transmission, AM radio and for the drum roll . . . Seat Belts!
Chevy's answer to the Pinto without the exploding gas tank.
