Bad weather charging cover

Does anyone know of a good charger cover for bad weather? I only found one on amazon and not sure of site. It says one month delivery

I've been using this one and it's been very good.

I live in Canada and we had a pretty extreme winter this year.

Until I decide what to buy, I have been using a strong plastic bag and some twist ties - it has worked well in snow and ice storms, rain too, but if it is very windy, it can get blown open - doesn't cover the port flap either:

Had my maintainer in the battery bag on the tire for a while before I got an extension SAE cord for it so it could be inside the garage.
