Stock tray will fit H4 with minor trimming. I have a thread on this and highly recommend it.

H5 or H6 would require more extensive modifications since the original tray will not accommodate. You would have to fabricate a new tray that sits on top of the existing tray to give you the width and you'd have to test fit to make sure the cables are long enough for the raised tray and additional width of the H5/H6. Its probably possible however, more work.
I just found a video for a Maverick Hybrid. It's got an H5 and some have put an H6 in there. It's under the rear seat so not applicable to our situation, but the room behind that plastic hatch in our frunk is plentiful. It's just the left to right (width, but normally called the length) that's different. Other two dimensions are the same as an H4. But I think the H4 would be good enough for my situation.
