There were Chinese EVs all over the roads when I was in Europe last week. In Lisbon there was a BYD showroom a couple of blocks from my hotel. I looked around at their EVs and they are impressive. If they ever find a way into the US the American manufacturers are going to be in trouble (including Tesla).
There were also a lot of Teslas on the road, many of them with F Elon stickers. I also saw a handful of Mach-Es and two Lightnings in Iceland. The bring your own cable curbside L2 charging was everywhere and it’s an idea that needs to come to the US.
