Cannot Add Charge Location @ Home

Been trying for weeks and many charges later, cannot add our home to charge location and always get the below message. Consequently, I have to remember to manually set limit charge to 80% every time and cannot set preferred charging time as a result. Any ideas? TIA

Is the GPS location working correctly as you drive around?

Have you charged elsewhere and it would locate that?

I wouldn't add my home charger to that listing, might come home to some jackass parked in my driveway eating my electricity. Then I'd have to go caveman on them or call a tow truck which ever thought occurs 1st.

this happened to me a few months ago, if you remove the vehicle from the FordPass app on your phone and re-added it and I believe that’s what works for me

It's crazy, but doing what you said worked perfectly! I just removed and readded vehicle to Ford Pass App! Many Thanks
p.s. It got my home address wrong, but I don't care, everything is working.

GPS is not precise, that's why in numerous old posts I've advised folks to accept the identified location as gospel, mine also picks up the neighbors address based on the closer proximity of my garage to their property.

Other times it will not identify an address but a longitude / latitude value, if others see that, accept it as well.

Proceed to configure conditions, and once set make sure it is actively set (CHECK BOX)
