I'm trying to find out what the solid red bar means. The book says "non-recoverable fault".

If I turn the power off and back on, the blue light comes back on until the time when the truck is set to begin charging. Then the red light comes back on instead of the blue.

We don't have access to the troubleshooting technical manual for the FCSP, but i'll venture a guess that the circuit board mounted relay(s) have failed.

My FCSP (professional installation) has started causing “charger fault” errors with my truck. The Ford Mobile charger still charges the truck just fine on 120v. Haven’t had time to troubleshoot it yet, will update when I know more. My WiFi on the FCSP has never worked and I never cared enough to fix it, guns I’ll do that now as well.

See if you can get it to connect to your network, there have been several software & firmware updates released since product introduction. Also inspect the torque of the feed wiring.

I’ll pull the cover this week hopefully and see what’s up inside.

I was able to get the charger wifi working following your guide in a different thread. For now the charger seems to have updated and appears to be functioning properly. I will have to drive the battery level down and try a long charging session before I full trust it.
