"Connected Services" option giving error in Ford Pass app

When I load the Ford Pass app and try to access connected services, the following attached screen is what pops up. Anybody else having this problem?

It may be a temporary outage, do you have a VPN on the phone?

Were you trying this while the truck is on and connected to the phone?

I'm tending to agree with the temporary outage. I did not get the error yesterday, but I was unable to remote start and the Lightning did not precondition yesterday and it also would not let me turn off the precondition time when I tried so I could troubleshoot.
