I'm glad that another competitor is entering the BEV truck market but man that thing is ugly. Look how wavy the side panels are. That would bother me even if I liked the overall design.

I think there is not going to be much a frunk do the cab-forward design. But this gives you a much larger bed and the bed will have a built in sliding cover.

The cybertruck will absolutely have 500 mile range. If it doesn’t it’s a huge fail. If the lightning had 500 mile range would anyone be considering the cybertruck?

Anyone can make a 500 mile range EV truck, but the cost at which it is done is more important. If a 500 mile quad motor CT is the same price as a Model X Plaid, why should I be impressed?

I want to see what Tesla puts out for $60k. Will there even be a model in that price range? If so, what features will it have over the XLT? Manufacturing something that impressive and reasonably priced is hard.

Polished steel
Etched teel

We know the frunk size it is ZERO cause it doesn’t exist yet. 1 lightning in the driveway is better than two cyber trucks in the ether!

Part of the design issue is those rounded wheels and tires. Needs a triangle or at least square wheel and tire option to match those triangle removable mirrors. Ha.

Oh sure, they’ll make a 500 mile range version for $150k. Which is also a fail. They tried to pitch it as a $40k everyman truck. There’s just no way they’ll ever be able to meet that goal. Probably not even close.
