Dome light wire?

does anyone know where I can tap into a dome light wire? I have some lights that I want to put in the foot well area. I used to install alarms in cars years ago and it was pretty easy to find the dome light wire in the driver kick panel. But I have been unable to find it in the lightning.

I'm not sure what the Pro has. I know the Lariat and above already have footwell lights. Do you have a light inside your center console?
Otherwise the BCM has a courtesy wire (gray w/ violet stripe) but that is entry/exit only. BCM also provides an on-demand light circuit (switched lights like dome, bed, vanity mirror, etc.) It is Yellow-green. It is always on but tied to battery-saver (off after 30 minutes).
Or do you want the illumination circuit (always on at night)?

Are you trying to install leds inside the truck. If so on the rear drivers side under the plastic foot plate, you can tap in to the Grey/Violet strip wire and the black/violet ground wire
