Driver Profile issue

I've noticed this a few times recently, but I will get in the truck and the driver profile will have switched to "Guest" which turns off 1-pedal driving. This has been quite a startle when I put it in gear and the truck begins to drift before I hit the accelerator. No one else has been in the truck from when I shut it down to when I got back in.

Anyone else having this issue? The two or three instances have happened within the last 3 months.

What are you using as keys? They all have to be associated with your driver profile, including the PaaK phone. It can be confusing because you may be carrying the phone and the fob most of the time, until you access and start with the one not associated, which reverts to Guest.

Thanks but I use the same key every day and have it paired with my driver profile. I do not have PaaK set up. Which kind of make this all so odd...these issues have been seemingly random. One time was in a parking lot away from home. The most recent time was this morning when I went to pull out of the garage.

This is not uncommon if you remote start. Simply push the door button to go to your profile.

This is a bug that happens when you remote start over cellular (vs remote start over Bluetooth)

I think this scenario has happened to me once or twice, I've gotten in the habit of doing a quick glance at the Sync screen to see that my prefered avatar (my photo) appears, then I know I'm good to go, otherwise I tap the seat position button on the drivers door to immediately pull up my profile.

It's too bad we can't get an OTA to fix this nagging issue. And all the other ones the Lightning and Mach-E have had since launch.

I have noticed this as well when using remote start with the app. The work around seems to be hit the memory settings on the door.
