I had our new 2025 Lightning Flash pulled up near the garage to charge overnight. My driveway cam captured something I thought was quite weird ... about 2am there were aa bunch of white flashes inside the truck, on both sides of the steering wheel.

Anyone have any idea what's going on? I did not receive any errors or messages about problems. The charge session was about 75% done when I went to bed around 11pm so it's plausible it was finishing up about this time (2am). (FWIW - I'm charging on the 220v Level 1 charger that we've been using with our '22 Lincoln Corsair PHEV. Kind of slow ... but works perfectly!!)

Thanks in advance!!

The infrared illuminators woke up for some reason, might be tied to the charging session ending, nothing to worry about, many others have reported seeing this.

I have cameras in my main house garage and lake house garage. When my Lightning is charging (or my daughter's Mach E or my son's new or old Mach E), it makes that glittery light show from the dash that only my cameras can see. It stops when the charging is complete. I don't know what it is but thought the same the first time I saw it.

Oh, also, I had 5 different Raptors and every one of them would do the same when I used the phone app to lock the doors. The cameras see this light show for about 30 seconds then it ceases.

Mine always does this while it's charging and it even sets off an event in my cams.
