That explains it:

It's been down all day. I guess I'll try again tomorrow. I got a 2 day license this morning. Hopefully I'll actually be able to use it before it expires.

I managed to log in at least 4 times today. Try rebooting your computer and try again (helped last time I could not log in).

So far, I have:

• rebooted
• powered down and back on
• upgraded to the latest version
• completely uninstalled FDRS
• reinstalled the original version
• upgraded to the latest again
• (trying to log in again after each step)

Have you logged in successfully on this computer/browser combination before? Also it does say user authentication failed. So maybe username or password incorrect. I thought someone said FDRS changed user name to their motorcraft email or something.
