FDRS - Page Not Found

Hi, just wanted to know if someone has gotten the “Error: Page Not found” message when logging into FDRS. The app accepted the key, the I click login, the ford login pages opens but after typing my user and password the message “Error: Page not found - The requested URL was not found on this server” shows up. The weird thing is that if I enter the incorrect password the page tells me that it does not recognize the email or password and to try again.

so it is reading from ford but for some reason it’s not logging into FDRS. Could ford have blocked my key? Anybody has an idea?

My key expires in 2 hours just in case anybody has an idea of what I could try before that. Thanks.

Your key already expired, but for future reference in times of fast response needed, better to ask in this thread on the ICE F150 forum. It's very active and questions about FDRS, website, etc are relevant to both gas and electric F-150s:

Did you ever get a resolution for this? I've been trying for over a week now. I have talked to technical support at motorcraft for hours and nothing they suggest is working. We are at the point where I've created an entirely new account and I am just waiting for them to transfer the subscription over to see if I can login without getting the error page that way.

Ok, I just got a new account setup, had account services transfer our subscription and IT WORKED! Hope this help you!

Sorry for not getting back to you on this @rom. Great that you have it working now. As for me all I did was uninstall FDRS, tried to remove all the files, restarted the computer and installed a previous version.

I have not since used FDRS so I have not installed the latest version to see if the problem persists.
