Anyone else with a JuiceBox having issues?

My JuiceBox dropped offline according to the juice net app and the Enel x way app 15 hours ago and power cycling didn’t help. Is their server down?

Both of mine are online. Do you have an early model? Some of the legacy models (i.e. the one with the silver case and no LEDs) are having issues connecting to the server.

They're switching over to a new JuicePass app and a new server (I think), so you be affected by this. They're also discontinuing access to the web app.

mine is the most recent one, installed in October ahead of truck delivery. It’s dropped offline before but never for this long.
