Ford App and PAAK completely non-functional

My FordPass app has been acting up also. As has my wife's. But I think the issue is that my truck has lost connectivity.

If I pull the 12v battery cable to reset everything, what all needs to be reconfigured?

Only will need to manually close the frunk the first time, then test it with button in the cabin, then with FOB and Ford App
