FordPass, charging % not working

Hey all. I keep trying to update my target charge % on my phone (and truck) for home charge. It's at 100% and I want it at 90%. The app will "think" about this setting for about 10 minutes and then just revert to 100%. It's done this for about 2 weeks.

When I try to change the 1-time charge in the truck it just continues to go back to 100%.

How should I troubleshoot? Delete the app and re-install it? Will I have to re-register the truck to phone?

Any other recommendations?

Change the truck setting for HOME, not the one-time setting. Eventually the app will reflect that.

Edit {pencil icon} the HOME profile via the Sync screen.

Are other functions like SOC and Climate working on the App? Just want to rule out connectivity to the Ford servers. Sometimes the location charging piece doesn't work very well but it should always work in the truck.
