The missing slider on your Charging screen is weird. Searching the whole Internet for “FordPass target charge setup” there are many issues. Yours may be slightly different but here are things you might try:

1. Uninstall, reinstall FP app
2. Delete your home location in Charge setup. Delete your Home location in the Nav settings. Setup both again. Will have to likely initiate a charge to set a “new” location.
3. Same as 2 but disconnect 12V battery for a few minutes after deleting Charge location Home and Nav location Home. Then setup again.

When deleting charge locations make sure they show deleted both on app and in vehicle.

One other thing. In the app, when you go to the Energy tab, then Target Charge > Home > do you see the text below the slider that "Target Charge Levels can be adjusted during a charge session..."

Nope, no slider on the home target charge page either. I’ll try the uninstall/reinstall (I’ve been in IT for 35 years, you’d think I’d have done that first… ).

Last few updates (on Android - using a Pixel 8) have been pretty rough for us.

We always use our phone for the truck unlocking and as a key but the consistency is all over the place.

Prior to this update the PaaK wouldn't unlock the truck via proximity (would if done in app) but would be fine to start the truck via proximity.

Now it's the opposite and the truck will unlock when I come near but when I hit the start button dash just says No Key Detected.

Anyone else have these issues? It's a major pain in the ass lol.

Is anyone else seeing an erroneous "Charging Problem" error in the new FordPass app? I've gotten the error a couple of times, and each time I go out to the truck, it is charging just fine.

Nope. Charging right now on a J1772 charger for the past 4.5 hours and it's working fine. Charged yesterday afternoon after getting the 5.21.0 app version in the morning, and that also went fine.

OK, thanks! I'm just going to keep an eye on it. It doesn't seem to be a problem at the moment. If I keep getting them, I may uninstall/reinstall.

I got this one, but I was on vacation in Mexico and my truck was at the airport at the time??
This was prior to the new version of Ford pass…

Got it sorted. Removing and re-adding Home didn't help, but the uninstall/reinstall of the app brought the slider back. SMH...I should know better, this is "my app's not working 101"...
