FORScan problems - Request Help

Greetings everyone,

I am new to this forum and have a 2023 F-150 that I am trying to adjust using FORScan. I have the recommended cable, fully licensed and updated software, am connected to FORScan, and can only see my truck; I can't make any changes. Is there a tutorial or other means of learning how to disable the seatbelt chime and key-in-the-ignition chime?

Go to the pinned F150 Lightning Forscan thread - Version 2 and see my step by step procedure for glare free on page 49 and post # 729 . This will help on getting around Forscan for step by step programming but you will have to dig through the earlier pages and threads to find the codes for getting rid of the chimes assuming someone had done that already which I'd bet they have. Let me see if this does it to get you there to my post:

Seatbelt chime is as it is in many old vehicles. Plug it in and unplug it a bunch of times with the correct key on setting. No need for Forscan. Man I hate that name.
