Nothing yet but I just took delivery yesterday. As this is my first EV I really need them to hurry up and ship my charger so I can get it installed. The mobile charger it came with is decent but not enough.

Did the dealer have you sign any paperwork with regards to the charger?

Are you willing to post photo of the nameplate with tech details of mobile charger you received? I'm curious if it says 30A or 32A. Also - does it seem to be 20ft from plug to plug? I'm considering Nema 14-50R to 14-50P extension cable to charge at 50A campground outlets while trailer remains connected.

No and they had no idea it even came with the big charger. They thought it just came with the mobile one.

Picked mine up on Friday so I don't expect to hear from sunrun this weekend. I asked my sales guy to look into it.

I don't sign anything and my dealer was going to look into it as well. Not much faith in SunRun.

So I got my truck 6/16. 6/22 I got email from Sunrun wanting me to confirm my address which I did immediately. Today( 6/24) a package arrived via Fedex. It required a signature. A couple hours later I got email from Sunrun saying my charger shipped. But it already arrived cause tracking #'s match.

So seems like things are getting expedited now.
