Help- lightning thinks it’s always plugged in

Hey everyone I’m sort of a newbie here but have used this site as a great resource to learn and educate myself on the lightning and some of its issues so I’m hoping someone can help with a issue I’ve been experiencing since taking delivery of an xlt er. So the issue is that when the truck is just parked and not plugged in and I go to start the truck and leave, the truck still thinks it’s plugged in or something. This has happens about 50% of the time and each time I’ve eventually been able to “reset “ whatever the issue is and then the truck works great. While it’s doing this i can’t move the shifter out of park. I’ll include some pictures of the screen. Try exercising the manual unlock steps, discussed in this thread, I'm not certain it's going to help but possibly a switch will be exercised which is hanging up and not letting the truck know that you're unplugged.
