No. The pro SR is $40k and the XLT ER should be about $60k although final pricing hasn't been announced. That's only 50% more.

If the bill with the $12.5k rebate passes and you combine that with the $2.5k Oregon state rebate, then the Pro SR costs $25k and the XLT ER $45k in Oregon.

Since the battery packs are modular, I wonder if they can be upgraded later. Maybe the ER has 4 packs and the SR 3 packs. It would be great if we could add a pack later.

The charging systems between the ER and SR are different within the truck. Not a simple, add more cells, type of solution.

I'm under 3000 inline to get a cyber truck according to the cybertruckforum calculator. am I going to purchase one? .....NO. too ugly imo. at first the specs were awesome but as we get more info it is the size of a rivian, frunk is small, and we still don't know the price. doesn't really bring anything to the table for me. and for that ....I'm out.

I loved reading this thread. Very entertaining. I actually did cancel an order. After the price changes and the rebates, the cost of the ER battery models came down into my range. So I canceled an order for an SR Lariat, and plunked down a deposit on an ER Lariat from dealer inventory "in transit" and not yet spoken for. The truck I almost bought is now on the dealer lot, and i pass it daily, as I await the truck I was meant to have.
