Here’s my current wish list:
1) ProPower without the truck on.
2) Ability to override the 6 minute ProPower “low load” shutdown.
3) Ability to limit the charge rate in the truck.
4) Visibility of of charge rate in the truck.

Newer models already have some of these.
All but #3 are in the 2024...how hard can it be to update the older models?

Be careful what you wish for on the "Walk Away Locking", it's incredibly half-baked. There is no toggle to disable it, it honks when it locks which seems to be right when someone is standing in front of it (had a guy threaten me thinking I did it intentionally), and there's no way to say you don't want it to auto-lock when at home. Having the keypad is the only thing that makes it tolerable since every time you need something from the truck it will be locked.

Whatever Product Manager at Ford keeps approving software features that change how the vehicle behaves without the ability to toggle it off needs to be moved into a position where they aren't required to make decisions.

I just want them to fix the bug that "forgets" the clocks 12/24 hour setting every time you start the truck. It's been a bug since I took delivery in Oct. 2023.
The only time mine honks is if I leave it “running” and lock it, it does not honk with walk away lock it just sends a message to my phone in FordPass. I don’t use the 24 hour setting so I can’t compare notes there.

I had to go into forscan to fix this issue/bug. Now it works well. 24 hour time holds and doesn't revert back to 12 hr time at all. Until I did the forscan change, it was very frustrating though.

Do you happen to remember which Forscan setting you changed to fix that?

IPC Module: 720-01-02 xx6x xx-... CHANGE to number "6" in this combination. With this mod you will get the door chime enabled AND the 24 hr clock enabled.

There was a 2nd update that allows the toggle and honks to be disabled. Mine works great and haven't had any major issues.

It would be nice to disable auto-lock when at home though.

I keep seeing people say it honks. It does not on my MY22 Lariat. It does send me a notification that it has locked and it does fold my mirrors in accordance with the toggle setting. I have turned off all the notifications (which use the horn) in my truck. I still say you can stop the honking if you check on those settings. @bhelms

Interesting he says it’s version 11. Not sure what that means.

he also said a lot of features that have been out already. Maybe it’s a clean up update? I found the rollout most interesting. 3rd quarter of 2025 to the 1st quarter of 2026. Someone can figure out how many vehicles get updated daily.

Presumably, those of us who are Home Integration System owners are going to get some software/firmware update(s) to make the system work reliably. Since the problem seems to center around truck/FCSP handshakes, one or both of those still need to be patched or retrofitted with something that actually works. My Home Integration System now seems to work 100% if triggered manually, but works 0% when a power outage is the only trigger (although the system and the truck show they detect the outage, no backup power transfer occurs without the UNLOCK button charging port disconnect/reconnect trick or a truck SYNC screen manual IBP start).
