Likelihood of enabling BlueCruise on 801a BlueCruise Prepped Raptors now that Ford Won't?

I hate the idea of my fully BlueCruise prepped Raptor never getting it enabled (see below article if you don't know what I'm talking about).

What's the chance that ForScan or some other trickery can get this enabled in the future?
