Need a quick 5-10 min warm up setting

It makes absolutely no sense that an on-demand preconditioning button does not exist. I leave for work and come home at different times every day. The scheduled departure function is useless to me. Not to mention that it bricks the heated steering wheel, but that's another issue.

Agreed. I have two departure times set up per day and then I go in to the app and adjust the times as needed. Inconvenient for sure, but it works most of the time for me.

Having a one-tap precondition option is such a no-brainer, I'm sure Ford will make this change soon.

For the sake of hoping that Ford is indeed watching these forums, ill add my voice to the chorus on this. I too don't leave at a scheduled time every day. But I almost always know 30m before I leave, and could hit a button for that.

As it is right now, I'm hitting the remote start when I get out of the shower, so the seat and cabin will be warm by the time I get out there. But I would really like to benefit from preconditioning, without having to edit a schedule every day.
