Need opinions on dip color change

I was always on the fence about the Atlas Blue color. I thought it was the most interesting color Ford was offering on the Lightning which isn’t saying much. I was coming from back to back Magnetic Metallic F150s so I wanted something different. My latest F150 was a Raptor with all the presence that comes with it. I have not fallen in love with the color or the truck since I picked it up in early October. I picked up a dip your car kit in a fun color (Mandarin Orange) and applied it over the Christmas break. I went ahead and sprayed the grill while I was spraying the truck since it can be removed with some effort. I am not sure if I should keep it body colored or go back to the Lariat gray finish. I am also not sure if I should peel the color off of the side and rear emblems. I am looking to the internet as a source for well articulated suggestions on what would look the best. ?

I Plasti Dipped rims and it was horrible to get it off just rims and I put it on thick as suggested. Not a fan of the grill being orange but if you cleaned of the logos and emblems it would look good seeing how the Lightning only comes in boring colors.

I think it will look a lot better with some more elements that aren't orange. IMO definitely remove it from the grill, lightning emblems, & lettering on the front fenders.

I'd take the paint off all emblems and the grill.

Go Big Orange! I love it, though I do agree with others and think it would be better to keep the lightning emblems their normal color.

Typically not a fan of big colors, but truly I don't hate it. Looks like a great job. I agree that the grill seems to be a bit much. Maybe remove that, break it up with the emblems and you've got a great unique truck.

Update:
I peeled the emblems. Still considering if I want to peel the recessed area of the grill or all of it or none of it. I like the blue of the emblems a lot more now that they are not on a blue truck. Peeling was really easy too.

It's almost as if Ford expected the truck to be a failure and made the colors boring and to blend in. Truly they missed an opportunity to make their splash with the trucks.

I am not sure they were worried about it being a failure, but they definitely wanted it to blend in and be seen as just an F150 that happened to have an electric powertrain. They didn't want it to call attention to itself. The Anti-Cybertruck.

I agree. I like the Atlas Blue myself. I half-joke that it was the most obnoxious color they offered. But I would have loved a more bold in your face option.

Ford then went and doubled down on your statement, dropped the AB, and now there are 18 more shades of gray.

Spice it up a little.

I like the orange. There's an orange Raptor for sale near me that would have looked awesome as a color choice.

My dealer had a code orange raptor 37 on the lot two weeks ago. I was tempted to pick it up. If it had the carbon interior and the new seats didn’t look so awful I probably would have done it.

I love it with the logos peeled. Mine's Atlas Blue. Personally, I would keep the orange grill if I were you. Maybe black out the horizontal bars...
