Answer - not much except making your wallet lighter.

My wallet is already light, so I don't need to buy anything that would create damage.

I need some input from an electrical genius. What would happen if I plugged in this solar panel directly into my Lightning?

Nothing. Pro power onboard inverters are one-way. DC to AC only.

That sounds like a pretty unsafe product in general even when used as intended. Backfeeding through an outlet can energize circuits that should be dead. Somebody goes to work on something, shuts off the main breaker so everything is safe to touch, right? *BZZZT* wrong (EDIT: Ok it claims to shut off if there is no grid power, so if that all works maybe it's ok... anyway it will still do absolutely nothing for the Lightning)

Guessing it works like other plug in solar systems where it shuts off when it senses no utility power so it’s not “unsafe”. These systems are pretty common in many parts of the world. Just not in the “land of the free….”
