whats weird is the drive summaries added to 5.1 miles while odometer added 2.

It’s maybe in transport mode, which technically doesn’t count the mileage used.

Blue Island is a rail yard. It’s probably sealed/locked inside an auto rack. Nobody will get inside the truck until it’s unloaded off of the rail car.

I wonder for not only my sake, but others as well, how long does it take to come out of this particular status? I saw different answers in various threads, but those were initial builds so I understand. Some even had 50+ miles on the ODO already due to testing.

If that’s the case, any APR or rate given by banks will surely have gone up by then, and then trying to finance would be extremely expensive and takes away from the potential savings from owning an EV in the first place.

Well @Hamtech, its ironic that we are both in built status awaiting shipment after we both talked about our grievances on this thread.

As per Ford CRC the current VVR shows:

Plus like you, I also received the email.

BTW... my Ford Pass is still not activated... LOL.

Yes. But I swear when I checked street view the image was the Ford new vehicle development center. I can not find that view again. In last two days my truck was moved between several lots and is now outside the Rouge plant.

Keep in mind what you might be seeing online could be out of date. I would compare with several sites like bing maps to get a better satellite view.

I’m still sleeping in lot #3. Granted, holiday weekend, but 1/2 of delivery window gone. @2 1/2 months would be nice to be driving this new truck.

rather drive the truck on an upcoming trip even with 2 hours of charging vs a 20 minutes fuel stop.

Apple Maps still shows #2 as a grassy field. Hope I don’t sit down there for 3 weeks, now that the quarterly push is over. Dealer model sat for 3 weeks after built. On the plus side, I don’t have the multi week train ride.

My FordPass is still pending (it can be ignored when you start the car), although recent events show lots of moment in certain areas around the area of the plant. So I am hoping it will be soon. Based on some of the schedules for CSX, one can surmise 7/5 will be pretty decent in regards “shipped” notifications, but we will see.

Fyi, you should ping your dealer for that report. Or, ask ford customer service and they may tell you it as well.

Pioneer works for Ford, and as a community we don't really need to waste his time asking for them.

Part of the trip may have been on a trailer, not actually having it's wheels move.
