My wife and I drove around a better part of the day trying to figure out what the noise was when we accelerated from a stop. It was consistent, but not fully predictable... and it was fairly loud. I could "feel" it in the cab, and I could hear it with the window down. Really sounded like it was coming from the front left wheel well and was louder when turning right. It only started that day.
Well... turns out I had a spray paint can fall out of a Home Depot bag and it was rolling around the frunk and the sound transfer from there to the cab is surprisingly pronounced!
Hoping this realization may help others avoid a similar situation!
