Yesterday I attempted to grab a PTS subscription from https://www.motorcraftservice.com and it goes to the payment page and cycles back no matter what card is entered. I talked to rotunda support and they said it’s not them but that Ford knows about it. Anyone else able to get a PTS subscription or is it broken for everyone?
