Range estimator still showing trailer averages

We pulled our ALiner trailer from CO to Tetons, Glacier & Yellowstone and our average range was reduced by 30%. The range estimator (aka Guess O Meter) worked great and I was able to plan legs and charging without a lot of problems using the PlugShare app (a must for remote areas!). NOW, that we have returned home and unplugged the trailer and reset the mileage reader in the software, the GOM is still giving me the 30% lower range? Any ideas? Reboot the whole system? Update the OS? Anyway, great trip and really enjoyed talking to other environmentalists at the L3 charging stations. FYI... batteries cooled quickly after L3 charges in the Tow/Haul drive mode. BTW... see foto of free L3 electrons care of the Town of Jackson WY parking garage. Nice!

Go into the trailer settings and select no active trailer.

Yeah it detects when a trailer is connected so one would think it would automatically revert once disconnected but that’d be way too logical….

Other members have reported this problem in the past, if you disconnect the trailer electrical while the truck is on, it should recognize the change of status.

I actually had the same problem last week. Despite marking no active trailer and moving it back to normal driving mode. It was frustrating to see the range so low, but it gradually went back to normal. Based on my driving habits.

Totally different than pulling our trailer about five months ago. It immediately switched back. Hopefully a software update fixes this.
