The term "Truck" is really stretching it. I don't see that being a threat at all to Ford. The Telo 1 I see as more of a threat.

Could likely be a threat to the Slate.

With 200kW charging on a 86kWh battery, probably 800v architecture? Claim is 250 miles, assuming that's the useable capacity it would get 2.88mpk. Probably doable for a smaller pickup (I get almost that in mostly city driving with the Lightning). Personally, I don't like the proportions. The hood looks almost longer than the bed.

I guess the long front means a larger frunk?
The Lightning frunk is fine most of the time but sometimes I do wish it were a bit bigger.
I miss the 6ft bed my Ranger had every time I have to haul something long-ish, but my family likes the roomy back seats of the Lightning - trade offs.
It must be a lighter truck than the Lightning to get 250mi with an 86kWh battery.
Uses LFP's batteries which are larger for the same energy density however so maybe they take up the same space as the SR Lightnings with 98kWh batteries?
At $35k (without tariffs) definitely a competitor with the Slate and probably others - how many Lightning owners would have been OK with a smaller and less expensive pickup? I probably would have.
Unfortunately, the US tariff policies are going to deprive the US consumer of less expensive alternatives like this vehicle and anything made in China while those foreign companies take over the world market in EVs. Not to mention solar panels and other technologies.

No frunk... interesting choice, but I think they did it make the interior larger - would like to see a shot under the hood with the cover removed to see how packed it is. Bed is a little under 4.5 feet, so kinda small, but big enough for a lot of use cases, just not those requiring a full-sized truck.
