How do I get the seatbelt icon in the right side of this picture. I’ve got a 23.

You have to update the firmware in the IPC. It requires a beta version of Forscan and a power supply that can provide at least 60A and takes about 6 hours. The details are in this thread.

You want it, or want to get rid of it? I find it goes on and off randomly for the back seats. I usually keep them folded up, but when I carry passengers, sometimes it thinks there are passengers where there are none and doesn't recognize passengers that are there.

Drivers position alert, assuming you're sitting in that seat and you have buckled in, then the alert 'should' have cleared.

Is this an intermittent problem?

Might have a loose connector under the seat, or the switch in the latch is failing.
