Agreed that most don't use it; mostly because people are scared of it. If they only knew how quick and easy this was to fix, it would make their heads' spin. I always make the recommendation. Whether people will take the plunge or not is up to them.

I think the overhead of actually needing to buy things for it is the main stopper. Not the ease of doing it.

I don't want to derail this thread, but I think you may be confusing FORScan with FDRS. FORScan is free and the adapter is $30. If anyone has questions about it, feel free to message me.

Ya, I think if I had someone local that could walk me through it the first time, it would be second nature very quickly. I have programed PLC's in the past, but that was 10 years ago when I was working at the treatment Plant.

For the price of a set of wipers or a cabin air filter, you can maintain and customize your $40-$90k vehicle. Each person has different priorities.

Last Thursday OTA included the toggles

I'm confused by this. Your 2024 always had WAL with the toggles. 22's and 23's had neither. When 22-23's got the Frunk (BCM) update, it did not include the toggles. This latest APIM update (this thread) says it disables WAL.

I guess we need a 22-23 to report if they got this and what it did.
