Saw this on Reddit, if this is really what Chevy is bringing out, we all made the right decision going for the Lightning - at least based on looks.

I don't hate it. But it does look a little small for some reason.

But I think my favorite thing about how the Lightning looks is that it LOOKS like an F150.

It looks a lot like the new bolt and bolt euv...which is terrible. The front end of the original bolt was ok but the new one is just bad. I think it's worse than a Tesla and a lot of people complain about the front design of those.

All GM products are butt ugly, I see the Hummer EV and EV Sport a few times a week as I live near the proving grounds. The Hummer EV looks like one of the worst looking pickups GM ever produced, the Avalanche, and with a cost nearing 125k no thanks

Right. If it has better range and charges twice as fast at the same price point then I might be able to get over that front end design.
I'm not a current truck owner and I have little brand loyalty, if Chevy, Ram, or hell even Toyota come out with a more compelling product before I get my lightning delivered I may end up cancelling or selling it. I doubt I'll have any trouble selling the thing for at least the first year or two.

All EVs that look like they have duct tape over their mouths look terrible. The F150 does a good job at making the front look normal. Eventually we will get used to it.

I am ok with wonky looks, as long as they are GOOD wonky looks. I really liked some of the artwork concepts for the Cyber truck before the reveal.

At the rate we're going, I may be able to get one of those before I can even order a Lightning. Looks matter very little to me. Form follows function.

Looks matter less to me than many. But I still can't make myself buy the spaceship look yet. I've tried to come to terms with it, but it just doesn't seem like it would age well.

I can stomach ugly or even homely, but I can't do fake/pretend for some reason.

Now if they look like a spaceship and they actually can hover? I'm in!
