Updated to 4.1.2.1 still no gui update

My 23 Lariat updated to 4.1.2.1 yesterday. I had thought that 4.1.2 was the gui update, but my gui has not changed. Am I missing something?

That update sounds more like 4.1.1. I bet there is a typo in that notification and 4.1.2 is next.

Same thing happened to me. Received the 4.1.2.1 update Monday and no changes. Yesterday, the GUI changed on it's own. Then, yesterday night, I received 4.1.2.2 and not sure what that gave me.

No, I'm in the US (Tennessee). I was on 4.1.1 previously.

Correct. I received the 4.1.2.1 Monday. Then received the 4.1.2.2 on Tuesday. After the monday update there were no changes to my gui but by Tuesday morning the GUI changed. After the 4.1.2.2 was pushed I have noticed no changes. Maybe the changes will come later.

I just want the stupid modem issue fixed more than anything. So far I haven't had to disconnect the battery since Monday. Will see if I need to tomorrow as the trend had been every 2 days without fail.

I put a switch on my 12V for the modem issue, its very annoying as I bought the hotspot plan but cannot use it when modem is down.
I will probably buy FDRS license to see if I can do the UI upgrade manually

I cannot figure out what sort of architecture they could possibly have that won’t allow them to go straight to the latest version. I gave them a pass on 4.1.1 assuming there was a change to the way they push updates but now we have 3 or 4 versions in the last month and they seem to have to install one at a time.

I called Ford this week to complain about lack of 4.1.2. They told me I needed to go to dealer to install. Today 4.1.2.1 installed. Same thing, no GUI. Going to try FDRS next.
